We understand the importance of collaboration, and our trust has been designed so our academies work closely together, sharing best practice to develop and maintain thriving schools for our young people. Our staff benefit from opportunities to work and learn together across phases of education -primary, secondary, and special – developing expertise across the trust and ultimately improving the educational experiences of our young people across the trust community.
The trust academies span across the education sector, with primary and secondary academies. This means we are responsible for thousands of students and staff across our campuses - we take that responsibility very seriously. Each academy is individual, has its own distinctive ethos but also highly values being part of the Heritage Multi-Academy Trust.
Our absolute focus is to provide the highest quality of education and pastoral care in our academies. We want our children and young people to thrive, really enjoy school, are safe, understand the importance of respect for others and are well prepared to live fulfilling lives as young adults as they complete their education journey.
